I spent the afternoon with the lovely Regina. Amazing to see so much change in the last year – a new home that no longer floods, with a room of her own, abundant gardens, harvesting mushrooms galore and a savings account for the first time in her life.
Her own determination and energy aside – she says all this is down to the training and extra support awamu were able to give her .
She said she can’t think of the right words to tell you how much she thanks you and loves you. She is going to write a letter to you all that I can share with you later 🙂
